The service period of the Sennheiser accessories and chargers sold on Costco.com is one year from date of purchase. The limited one-year warranty is on the accessories and chargers and does not cover parts such as cords, etc. This warranty does not cover loss or damage of the products within or outside of the limited warranty period. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.
The accessories and chargers, and a packing slip provided by Sonova must be delivered to the specified address in order to process a warranty repair or warranty claim. In the event all required components are not included in a shipment to the specified repair address, the entire package will be returned to the sender and will not be accepted for repair services.
